This image is comprised of three separate images shot in close proximity to one another.

They were photograped with film, merged in Photoshop and dumped back to negative.

It is the first in a new series of studies of merged images.

Photographic series and sequences have always interested me. I like the filmic, moving picture quality of them.

Merging them as one presents many challenges and forces me to reconsider the way I see things.

It is a new direction that I intend to explore in detail.
